We had a busy day. We took the
commuter ferry from Quincy, MA to Downtown Boston. It would have taken half the
time by subway but it was a thrill for the boys to ride on the boat. Well. at
least until Theo's new NYPD hat blew off of his head and into the water.
Once in Boston we went to
Faneuil Hall to the Street Performer's Festival where we saw some great
acts. We also got Theo a new hat- a Red Sox one this time.
I'm posting a lot of pics
today. Can you tell we are having fun with our digital camera?

It may be Memorial Day weekend,
but did you know that today is the birthday of the hand cranked ice cream maker?

I'm having a lot of fun learning
html. I changed the design of the site again. Look for more changes
in the future. This is a little too feminine for Eric's taste.
Here is a pic of Henry dressed up
as a knight. What an imagination!

Our local branch of the public library actually had a
graduation ceremony for the weekly preschool story hour.

The Library of Congress has hundreds of thousands of historical
photos and prints archived online. They are really interesting to
browse through:

A weekend in New York! Chloe's (Eric's cousin)
college graduation provided the perfect reason for a mini-family
reunion. Grandma Berdie at age 93 flew alone from Seattle to New
York for the event, meeting 3 of her great-grandchildren for the
first time.

Sorry about the
appearance of this site. I'm learning HTML as I go along. Once I
become more proficient it should improve. The URL should also change
within the next week. We get more space with Eric's student account
than we get with our home provider.
The 4th year dental students are in the middle of boards so the
clinic has been closed to the rest of the students for most of the
week. Which means Eric has had most of his afternoons off. We really
have been taking advantage of the family time and the beautiful
weather. We went to the Boston Nature Center yesterday:
