Today's Bounty
I wish I had gotten a picture of the bowl full of jalapenos we had harvested earlier this week - before I made hot pepper jelly, which tastes absolutely wonderful with chevre on crackers.
I'm going to use this recipe to turn those cucumbers into pickles.

Good bounty. I actually plucked a big zucchini that didn't make the shots today, but needs to be made into bread! Unfortunately I am gaining to much weight lately so I'll probably just steam it with some garlic pepper. :-) Still good!! Let me know how the pickles turn out. I think my cucs might be the pickling size.
